Neo Legal did a thorough review of provided sale agreement draft in couple of days. He suggested points of concern in agreement. He suggested negotiation for points where builder was charging more than average. He suggested few amendments to make agreement from generic to specific where ever required. His review comments helped us to asses the risk involved in purchasing property (Yes risk depends on individual profile but his comments helped to analyse from 3rd angle than our assumptions.)
