This was my first service availed via Zippserv and overall my experience was good The pick-up of the property related documents happened very fast and the courier guys picked up the documents in no time after placing the order. kudos to them. This is a very convenient option available at Zippserv as I believe very few service providers provide this add on service. Post the pick up, I had to wait for the lawyer to go through the documents and provide the opinion. In my case the lawyer took about the week's time and requested additional documents based on the initial study. I guess, more time was lost in this process, as I had to co-ordinate with the builder and ask for the additional docs and get answers to the questions by the lawyer. It was a little painful for me to get the additional documents and answers to all the questions, because I do not completely understand the legal and property related language and so whatever I could explain to the builder and get his responses I had to provide that. I had to call the lawyer and builder multiple times and also had to conference the call sometimes so that all the information is sought. I think this part of the service can be improved where someone from the lawyer side would co-ordinate and speak to the builder and get the requested information instead of the client doing all the co-ordination work.

I was looking for creating General power of Attorney and came to know about the services provided by Zippserv. The guidance provided by them were very good and helped me in getting it done. I had contacted with Stratos Legal and they were very keen to listen to me and completed the task within stipulated time. Cost looks a bit expensive but not sure if it's the general trend in the legal world but the services were very good.

Though there was hiccups and little bit delay in getting documents from builder, she was very understanding. I learnt few things about property documents during this verification process. I signed up for this service to get an apartment registered. I needed something end-to-end, i.e., from drafting the sale agreement, to registering it, to drafting the sale deed and then help with registering it. Stratos Legal were always responsive and met most timelines. The icing on the cake really was the execution on Registration Day - Stratos Legal made the Sale Deed registration process so seamless that it was almost unbelievable (one is used to something going wrong at the last minute; thankfully that was not the case with them)... So I'll give a 5/5 to this service; most notably because of the excellent service that was provided on the day of the Sale Deed Registration.
