Description
We will undertake a Physical onsite inspection of the residential property. This service entitles you for:
- Measurement of carpet area of the particular flat
- Identification of deviations from the approved plan(both project and flat level)
- Residual age of the property
- Construction quality assessment from (observations only)
- STP, Rainwater harvesting, Roads and other mandatory compliances as per applicable bye-laws
- Assessing if the property will be eligible to get occupancy certificate(OC) in absence of which the property will become either irregular or illegal depending on the level of violation

Civilworks(Mr. Vikas): I had opted for OC Eligibility Check since the property I am purchasing has not received the OC. Mr. Vikas made sure there is no violation of any kind in the project and its constructed as per sanctioned plan. He also shared his views on lake encroachment for the project.
