I would like to thank civilworks for his services on assessing our shortlisted apartment for OC Eligibility. He is quite knowledgeable and goes into detailed assessment to verify if the project has been done as per the sanctioned plans. He was approachable for the site survey and has done a good job in collecting all the required information and providing an honest feedback. He had the required tools to carry out the area measurements etc and is expert in providing his opinion. I would recommend him for his services.

You will come to know about so many things while inspection. He will provide you required details and all your questions will be answered. Just like how everyone looks up for some help regarding finalising a property in a new location, being new to bangalore we were in same state. Zippserv is an excellent choice for those like me who wants to get the property checked at an affordable price. We took help from Babu via Zippserv. Babu is very professional and helpful. He scrutinised the apartment we chose, the way they built , whether there are any deviations or issues. Babu thoroughly investigated the entire property. Babu did so many % calculations on the sq ft area of entire apartment, it was quite new for us. Definitely we wouldn't have checked all that ourselves if we haven't hired him. He guided us throughout the process of verification and patiently answered to our questions. He gave us very good advices on things to take care in future if we happen to choose this flat. Not many people will opt for this. But I feel this is as important as land verification. I was shocked to know the amount of deviation my apartment had. I opted myself out because of the deviations the builder had. This saved me from a bad investment. Thanks for your service. I strongly recommend this service to friends.

Hi, I opted for civil engineer survey for the project and the engineer being so cooperative and easy going...it made the exp very good. Engineer provided his report and comments on all aspects of the project..be it, carpet area, quality of construction, valuation of your property and deviations I was happy with the service and based on the reviews (lawyer & engineer). I opted myself out. And again back to Zippserv with new project file. Important thing with Zippserv is easy to deal with everybody. Right from courier, lawyer or engineers. Service is the key..what makes us come back. Kudos.

I planned to buy under construction apartment in anath nagar phase 2, banglore and took help of Civilworks in assessing the property. Babu and his team had verified the property as per the approvals for any deviation apart from the validating the building approval plan as per the law and gave the report, which helped in taking the decision.
