I paid token amount to one of the builder in Pune, got property verification for 30 years,in the report I found out many issues in the project, so I made my mind not to proceed with the purchase. Now builder is refusing to give my token amount back, what can be done?

Dear Prabjot, now your only recourse is to file a complaint against the builder and get the police to intervene. But since you went to a lawyer earlier (for verification), what you should have done was to take in writing from the builder that he would refund the money to you if the legal verification failed. This can be covered in a MOU that both you and the builder sign on.
I hope the token amount is not very high; however, please file a police complaint against the builder as soon as you can to recover your money.
