The Sale Deed and Index II is on my name. I'm a joint co applicants on the loan on this property, other co applicant are my Husband and my Father. I am the sole payee from the inception of the loan (since 2006). I would like to transfer it from ICICI to HDFC or any bank under my name only. I am in separated relationship. Would that be possible,kindly advise.
