I was looking to buy a property in Pimpri, finalized one and went ahead with agreement to sale. Sale deed is pending, now I want to cancel the deal as I have heard negative things about the project from lot of existing buyers. Is this possible? What will be the process? Will the stamp duty be refunded to me?
