I'm an OCI holder, need to sell one plot in Pune, for the same got the all the required documents notarized along with POA here in Canada but lawyers in Pune says I have to visit India to get it registered which is wrong as per me because India is a Member of Hague Convention/Apostille treaty, so why it not acceptable in Pune?? Please guide what could be done in this?
