Hi Samahit, yes, it is possible to buy plots for Rs. 500 per sft or less in Pune. Unfortunately, all these are agricultural plots. So, you need to be very careful when buying these as you run the risk of owning them without having the ability to do anything about it!
Areas where plots are available are Hinjewadi, Mulshi and some parts of Lohegaon in Pune.
