Dear Anuroop,
The following are the important points.
Pros: Godrej Eternity by Godrej Properties located on the prime location Kanakapura Road, South Bangalore is a residential complex spread over 18 Acres of land with around 850 units of 2 & 3 BHK Apartments laid out in 16 blocks, G+3 floors (low-rise residential apartment complex). Pricing starts @ 49L for 2 BHK

Cons: Customer relationship management is worst. Do not go ahead with this property without reading the agreement. Once you book here will not be returned back if you want to cancel later. Whatever the sales guy propose to you about the property and what is present in the agreement has huge discrepancies. Agreement contains 4+1 year grace from the date of agreement for the possession. UDS is not fixed at the time of agreement. There would be change in the plan sanction and they may put an extra floor. Over all this they say that agreement cannot be amended and if you want to cancel the booking then 2 lakh will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded back.
