We are planning to book a flat in bangalore.The property is under construction.We need to pay 1lakhs as token advance.Should we verify with legal advisor before booking? The concerned person said they will give all the relevant documents& agreements post booking? Is that ok to pay advance? What r all the proofs should we ask for? If any fault found on property will they refund our amount?
