No, you cannot register any property anywhere in Bangalore. Any property in Bangalore will fall under the jurisdiction of 6-7 Sub-registrar's office and can be registered in one of these only.

No you cannot register anywhere. But you can register in sub-registart office under your revenue district. Bangalore urban has 5 revenue districts.

Rajajinagar District Sub-registars: Rajajinagar, Yashwanthpura, Vijayanagar, Srirampuram, Peenya, Laggere, Nagarbhavi, Madanayakanahalli, Dasanapura

Basavanagudi District Sub-registrars: 

Basavanagagudi, Chamarajapete, Banashankari, Anekal, Attibele, Sarjapura, Jigani

Shivajinagar District Sub-registrars: 

Shivajinagar, Indiranagar, Halsuru, Banasawadi, K.R Puram, Mahadevapura, Bidarahalli1, Bidarahalli2, Varthur

Gandhinagar District Sub-registrars: 

Gandhinagar, Malleswaram, Ganganagar, Hebbal, Kacharakanahalli, Byatarayanapura, Yelahanka, Jala, Hesaraghatta

Jayanagar District Sub-registrars:  

Jayanagar, Santhinagar, B.T.M Layout, Kengeri, Rajarajeshwari nagar, J.P Nagar, Bommanahalli, Begur, Tavarekere
