These E- Khata (i.e. FORM No. 9 & 11 computerized Khata) comes under BMRDA authority also other authorities like BIAAPA, APA, NPA, MUDA HUDA, DTCP etc (normally these are within Village Panchayath jurisdiction other than BBMP jurisdiction).
