These E- Khata (i.e. FORM No. 9 & 11 computerized Khata) comes under BMRDA authority also other authorities like BIAAPA, APA, NPA, MUDA HUDA, DTCP etc (normally these are within Village Panchayath jurisdiction other than BBMP jurisdiction). So it the property that you intend to buy is not within the jurisdiction of BBMP, then most probably you will get an E-Khata. A-Khata and B-Khata are applicable only in the case of BBMP limits.
