It has been great working with HSM. Being a Novice in Legal terms and first time buyer i had several questions which was answered by him very proficiently in normal terms for me to understand. He has gone through each detail and documents and given a detailed summary and conclusion. He even agreed to share his number with builder people as they had some query on some extra documents requested. He also waited patiently for the documents to be sent . Only on receipt he shared the final conclusion. I would really go back to him for all my next needs and also recommend others for his proficiency. They have given me a neat legal report with the required details. I would say that they have met the expectations. It was not super fast (nor were there proactive follow ups). I was offered a call back and I had to call a few times to get some final clarifications. This happens to any business when volume of clients explode. I am happy that they have done a neat job, but not super impressed like earlier reviews as I had to call several times just for a 5 minute call.
