Overall it was a good service. They took the measurements and they found some issues which were rectified by the builder. Very thorough , hence i would come back to use your service for another property in the near future.

Initially when I did my online research (google!) about (Pre-possession stage) Home Inspection services, the Zippserv website appeared quite interesting and valuable for my current (and perhaps future) needs but I was not sure how the actual service would end up, given that this involved 2 (startup) companies that were relatively new in this fledgling area. After interacting with the key folks from both the companies, I decided to utilize their services and I am extremely glad for this decision :-) The Home Inspection team was very prompt in adhering to the agreed timeline for actual villa inspection. The team was very well versed in each of their specialty (civil, electrical, plumbing, structural) and collaborated quite professionally with the Developer's team too in identifying various snags. They also explained most of the snags (in addition to some of the snag detection equipments being used by them!) to make sure that I got a good understanding of all the major and minor issues. This was followed-up with an excellent report capturing all their observations along with relevant site photographs. I have no doubt that I wouldn't have done such a thorough job of Home Inspection on my own. Certainly recommend the services of these folks if one is investing INR 25+ Lakhs on their apartment/villa as this additional inspection related investment will not only pay you back well but also give you a lot of peace about the quality of your home too before your possession.
