https://maharerait.mahaonline.gov.in/ . When the promoter/ builder submits details of a project, he also needs to upload a title search report, details of permissions obtained and any pending litigations on the property. These litigation details an be accessed by anyone. However, in order to know if the problems are of a serious nature, it is advisable to discuss with a lawyer. A good lawyer can advise on the nature and seriousness of such litigations. Thus you can decide whether or not to buy here.
