NA stands for Non Agricultural land. Whenever someone buys a plot in Pune, they need to check if the plot is agricultural or Non-Agricultural (NA). Agricultural plots have some restrictions on the type of people who can buy them, on what can be constructed there and on the area of construction. Please be very careful when buying agricultural plots - a good legal expert/lawyer can guide you on what to buy.

However in terms of appreciation, agricultural plots will appreciate more than NA plots.
