Who can be a co-applicant for a home loan?

Update to the above answer - you asked who all can apply for home loan! Anyone can apply for home loan; what does it cost to apply after all? Banks approve loan even before you identify the property (pre-approval). It is easy to take home loan; repaying part is always challenging!
