Hi Mudit, this is an interesting question. But why are you looking at complicating it so much? Best option is to go to organizations like LIC housing finance, DHFL, IIFL etc. They will give a loan for the whole house - plot + construction. Another way is to opt for one loan for buying plot and another for construction.
