Firstly a Gift Deed needs to be drafted. For a Gift Deed, the details of the donor(the person who is gifting) and donee (the person who is receiving) are required. Additionally the title deed through which the Donor acquired the property is required for drafting the Gift Deed.
Once that is done, the Gift Deed needs to be registered at a Sub-registrar's office in Bangalore. For registration, the latest property tax paid receipts and khata extract and certificate are required.
You will also have to pay the Stamp Fee/Registration Fee and Cess at the time of registration. These fees are dependent on the location of the property and relationship between the donor and donee.
