I assume that you already have the Gift Deed with you and you just want to get it registered at the Sub-registrar's office in Bangalore. In this scenario, the following documents are required along with the Gift Deed:
1.) Latest property tax paid receipt
2.) Latest Khata Certificate and Extract in the Donor's name
Please remember, you will also have to pay the applicable Stamp Fee, Registration Fee, Surcharge and Cess at the time of registration.
