In this scenario you have to be very careful my friend. What this essentially means is that the apartment complex will NOT get an Occupancy Certificate. Without an Occupancy Certificate your apartment unit will only get "B-Khata".
What is important to understand here is that an apartment complex gets an Occupancy Certificate only and only if the builder has constructed the apartment complex as per the approved building plan and adhered to the bye-laws. What these builders do is deviate from the approved building plan to make extra profit. If there is too much deviation then the building itself may fall or may be demolished by the government bodies.
