DC conversion means that the agricultural land is converted for non agricultural residential purpose or industrial purpose etc. one shall be owner of that land having revenue/ survey records in his/ her name (i.e. RTC, Mutation/ MR/ IHC/ IHR, Tippani, Akarbandh etc and to be applied in the competent office of Deputy commissioner (however the property area/ zone shall be in yellow zone as per norms)
