There are two amounts mentioned on in the sale agreement and the other in the construction agreement. What would be shown in the sale deed? What price would the property get registered?

There is nothing to worry in this as it is standard practice here in Bangalore to have different amounts mentioned in the Sale and Construction Agreement. The Sale Deed will reflect the sum of the two amounts in the agreements. If there were any adjustments made that will be taken into consideration and then the final amount mentioned in the Sale Deed. The property will get registered on the total value mentioned in the Sale Deed.
