If you do not deduct pentaly of 1% for every month or part of a month on the amount of such tax from the date on which such TDS was deductible to the date on which such TDS is deducted. You will definitely get notice from income tax department. So be aware.
Infact without submitting TDS challans I doubt even the sub-registrar will allow you to do the sale deed registration. They are very strict on this.
