The base price and time mentioned is applicable for last five years only. In case you want the EC for a longer duration please select the appropriate Add-On service. Once you have selected the Add On, please Order Now. This will eventually lead to your Order Page where you will be able to upload the information required. Once the EC is retrieved from the Sub-registrar’s office it will be shipped to your address in Bangalore. The price mentioned is all inclusive.
Requirement:
Schedule of the Property: this can be found in the Sale Deed or Gift Deed or Rectification Deed. You can upload the complete document or if you are not comfortable, just upload the Schedule of the property section on your Order Page.

Good service
It took 11 days from the time I placed the request and the time the legal opinon was delivered. This was due to additional documents requested by lawyer. Expect some delays in getting response to your queries. But no regrets. you will be happy with the service.

Excellent Service
Lawyer is very knowledgeable person. He identified list of documents that was not provided by the builder. Then after so many discussion between him and build, finally builder was able to give the correct document and some alternate document. Service was profession and quick. Only thing I did was followup. I would definitely recommend Zippserv.
